Keelie is going to have a little sister!

Congrats to Joe!

I just wanted to give Joe a shout out for getting his masters degree and passing his AEPA test which is the state certification to become a principal! He worked so hard taking classes while working and coaching and still graduated with distinction! I love you Joe! Thanks for working so hard!

Christmas 2009

We had a very fun Christmas this year. We tried to teach Keelie what Christmas is really about. If you ask her whose birthday is on Christmas she will say Jesus! I think thats pretty good for a 2 year old! We didn't take very many pictures, but here are a few:

I know this bike is way to big for her, but when she saw it a few weeks ago, the look on her face was priceless, so we decided to give it to her for Christmas. (one of Joes co-workers offered it to us, so we took it knowing she wouldn't be able to actually ride for a few years.) She loves it when Joe pushes her around on it.

Happy Birthday Keelie!!

Today is Keelie's 2nd birthday! Doesn't she look so cute in her princess dress! Sometimes I have to tell her things are "princess" so that she will wear them. She was excited to wear this though. Until we got to church and she said "I don't like this dress!" and tried to take it off! I don't think she is a fan of sleeves that are that length. Oh well, she still is gorgeous!

We had a birthday party for her yesterday at our house. It was so fun! She had a ton of cousins over and they just played hard for a few hours. I am pretty proud of myself too. The only thing we spent money on for her party was for the cake and ice cream, oh and her present (obviously). We used decorations we already had, I stole the scrapbook paper from my mom to make the sign you see in the picture below, and we borrowed the bounce house from my grandparents. Keelie had so much fun!

Pictures with Santa

I went with my sisters Brittney and Cara to the mall to get pictures with Santa. I think the group one turned out pretty cute!

My little scaredy cat of daughter did not like Santa. We have been telling her for weeks how nice Santa is and how he is going to bring her toys. Obviously it didn't work cuz she freaked out!

It was so cute, Keelie and Hailee held hands while we walked through the mall.

Keelie LOVES babies. She wanted to hold baby Johnny so bad. She is going to be the best big sister!

November

These are the only pictures I've taken this past month so this is what I'm posting about. A few weeks ago my whole family did an Alzheimers walk for my Grandma Taylor. I didn't get a picture of all of us together though, I think they said there were 75 of us!

These are the only pictures from Thanksgiving and Joe was the one who took them. Keelie and Kate had so much fun on the trampoline. Keelie was on there for atleast an hour, sometimes with cousins and sometimes by herself. We might need to get one for our backyard one of these days!

Is it already November?

Wow, I didn't do one post in the month of October. I usually do atleast one post a month. I have an excuse though. We finally moved! It is so nice having more room, a backyard (with a swing), and a garage! We love it! If anyone wants to come see it, give me a call! We love having guests. I swear every night Joe wants to invite people over for dinner. (We are still looking for renters for our condo).
And my second is excuse is that I'm PREGNANT! I am 11 weeks, my due date is May 25. I was waiting to announce it on here cuz I wanted to do something cute and creative, but I'm not a cute and creative person, so maybe next time. Eventhough I feel a little more sick this time than with Keelie, I can't really complain. I still have never thrown up. If I feel a little nausous, I just eat something and then I feel better. For a little while there it would be like every hour, that is why I have already gained 5 lbs. But I am already feeling SO much better. We are so excited!

One day Keelie randomly started pulling her shirt up over head and then look at herself in the mirror. We would just crack up at her, and so she knew she was being funny so she kept doing it. What a silly girl!

When Keelie is naughty we make her stick her nose in the corner for time out. It works, she will stay there until I tell her to come out. It is so cute though, I had to take a picture.


I wasn't very good at taking pictures on Halloween. I didn't even get an individual shot of Keelie in her costume. Here she is with some of her cousins at gma and gpa Goodmans. She was a cute little bee!

We tried to get a picture with all the grandkids, but Keelie seriously freaked out when she saw all the older kids costumes. She just clinged to me so tight! What a little scaredy cat!

We took her trick or treating to a few houses which I think she really had fun doing. Then we came home to hand out candy to trick or treaters. I wish I would have gotten a picture of Keelie sitting and staring at the bowl of candy. We wouldn't let her have any cuz she had already had alot of candy that night, so she sat with her face about 3 inches away just staring at the candy cuz she wanted it so bad. It was so funny!

Camping

This weekend was the annual Goodman family campout. I didn't take a ton of pictures, cuz we weren't even there for 24 hours. It started pouring rain Sat. at around lunch time so we decided to head home. I also noticed they are very similar to the ones from last year. Oh well!
This great picture was taken by our 7 year old nephew Jake. Just a little bit blurry!

Of course we had to go the water hole. All the little boys get in for about 2 seconds then get out cuz the water is freezing!


I guess Keelie felt left out cuz she HAD to go "wimming" too. It was freezing, but she loved it!

Our Condo

This week

Here are a few fun things we have done this week:

Played in the irrigation with cousins at grandma and grandpa Goodmans. Notice Keelies diaper now weighs like 3 lbs.

Keelie is very much into princesses right now. She loves stickers too, so I bought her some princess stickers. She loves to put on like 20 at a time.

We went to the youth meseum in Mesa with my sister Brittney, neice Kendal, and my mom. The girls were probably a little young for parts of it, but they had fun anyways! And there actually is a room designed for their age children.
Keelie went down the slide like 400 times.

Tea Party

We had a tea party with my grandma today. All the little girls got dressed up, played games, fingernails painted, and had little sandwiches and fruit to eat. I think the older girls had more fun than the little girls. I don't think Keelie really knew what was going on. I think my grandma loved it the most. She loves being around all the grandkids!
